16. Irritable bowel syndrome


For years I had pain in my belly
Almost every day
but specially on days with a lot of stress
on days with a lot of emotional pain

It felt like the shit and fart stopped on a certain place
as there was a knot tied in
that caused a lot of pain...

People said, I had to go on a diet
I was on diets, almost my entire life
no sugar, no white flour, no...
It didn't help me

We all know, that emotionally wounds
cause physical problems

Turn that around!

What do we see than?

 

Since I am emotionally healing
I seldom has that pain of an irritable bowel syndrome anymore
I only have that pain, when my soul touches a hidden emotional wound again...
than it's part of healing

What did/do you need for emotional healing?
I told it before, but I will repeat it again and again (it's just too important!)

Learn to listen to your innervoice
Learn to feel what you really feel
Make your choices based on your innervoice and your feelings, your intuition


Take care of YOUrself
You need it
You will heal
and become who YOU are in the depths of YOUR SOUL

and... physical problems will decrease and even disappear!

So focus on emotional healing
it will bring you back to the basic,
to who you are
and will strenghten your body in physical healing
